Default vtec help

hi i have a 94 accord ex, 5 speed, and my vtec doesnt engage. what are my possible problems?

how did you decide the Vtec is not functioning correctly?
Do you have any codes stored?
After the 92 civic Honda tamed the cam somewhat and it IS NOT like a shot of nitrous when the vtec turns on.
Here are the Vtec basic parameters for your car;

i took it all the way to red line and felt nothing, no boost or nothing..

Once again, you're not going to notice it on the F2x motors. This is not a B or H. It has a very subtle vtec crossover.
