Default Distributor shopping...

I have a 97 CX and want to swap a CRVTEC, which distributor do I need? My friends said get a 96+ Gsr distributor, but what are my alturnatives?

You need an OBD2 B series VTEC dist. Since you have a 97 CX you will need to get a dist that is no newer than a 98. The plugs from a 99-00 are different than the 96-98.

If your cash flow is tight you can use a LS distributor, using the bolt inn the 12 o clock position

Just repin the plug to work. Match the colors and you should be alright.
