Default electrical issue...

Hey guys i have a 93 hatch with a b16 turbo. in the last month or so the battery keeps going dead. Ill charge the battery and it will run for another day and a half. Ive taken the alternator out and had it tested and it was good, but at idle the alternator only puts out around 11.7 volts. all fuses are good. This is confusing the hell out of me, anything will help thanks

rusty ground cable bolts.
belt is too slack,
Check for voltage rise at 1500rpm. if more than 14.2 the battery may be suspect.
Testing an alternator is a technical procedure and doubt if most autoparts stores can do it correctly with a true load test.

this happened to my hatch...it was 2 things. the alternator was almost completely bad and the ground cable that is about 1/2 thick was frayed and wasnt getting a full connection. so it kept making my battery die. check your grounds and alternator again.
