When using the master window switch on my '05 Pilot, all windows operate properly, but when I use the one-push option on the driver's window for "all the way down" or "all the way up" the window only moves when my finger is still pushing the switch. Is this a bad switch? I just noticed this after having a new battery installed. I can't imagine they are related, but it's the only thing that has recently happened with it.

 

You need to re-program the switch. I think that one only has auto down. So all you have to do is roll the window down and hold your finger all the way down on the switch for two seconds. If it has auto up too you roll it all the way back up and hold for 2 seconds too.

You just have to turn they key on. I thought that went without saying. My bad.

 

I did have the key on, motor off at first. It did not work, so I started the car, and then it worked. Again, thanks...I was starting to wonder if the switch fried.
