I have the password jdm ones. there great. Although when i bought the car one was broke from a rock, previous owner already bought another set. From the looks of it, it had to be one hell of a rock. Other than that i have had no problems with them and i love them.

As long as they look OE, they shouldn't have a plastic lens.

I've had DEPO, Esuse and OE on my '98. I'd really, REALLY recommend OE over the other brands.

PW:JDM sells both OE and DEPO btw.

I have OEM ones on mine but the replicas are just as good. The light output is the same too.

Just get a yellow vinyl to put over the lens to give you a yellow out put and prevent rock chips.

I didn't really notice any light output difference between the DEPO to Esuse, but the OE ones were SO much better when I put them on. Much smoother and more defined than the sort of scatter produced by the others in comparison.

Esuse are so similar you can use the parts as replacement for OE ones. DEPO have too many issues for me to ever want another set.

The wiring is different from DEPO, Esuse and OE though. OE is much better than either of the others. DEPO has a long red wire to go to the battery.

I'm talking about '96-'98 clear squares though. Could be a little different for the others.

I have had DEPO's for almost 3 years and ran them without a problem.

My friends got some egays, and they seem to have worked fine for the last year or so.

I had the DEPOs for a bit over two years (April 04 to around September 06). They experienced a massive leak in one, reliably heavy condensation in both and a grounding issue that I think was only in one. They finally gave out when one of the screws that held the clip in to hold the bulb in snapped off in the housing. DEPOs had the worse wiring of all too. The switch also broke almost right away, but I was lucky and found a replacement.

The Esuse lights I had for about two years also (around September 06 to August 08). They didn't have any real problems, but the dash wiring could have been a bit better. It didn't look bad until compared to the stock stuff though. The passenger light eventually cracked during a hail storm and a four hour drive. I didn't even see what cracked it, but I figure it was hail. The lens looked like it'd suffered a blunt force across the whole face, causing the full lens to be shoved back, resulting in tiny shards all around the edge between the glass and the metal body. Esuse lights plug into the stock engine bay harness.

The OEM ones I've had since August of this year. They've had no problems at all so far and the lighting was noticeably better than the Esuse ones. I hadn't noticed the same between DEPO and Esuse. The OE switch also feels more solid, quality. It doesn't have that cheap plastic click that the others had. It was still plastic, but stayed perfectly in place when pushed.
