ECHC CMP Schedule
Does Anybody know if this is a spectator event?? Can anybody come and watch? Sponsors want to know.
Also.. How many Crew do we get? Are we limited? Who do we tell? What do they have to do to get in? I assume procedures are different from Summit.... IM will do if some of this info is "top secret".

It is my understanding that the 'CrEw' passes are for HyperFest events only. The rest of your questions rest on someone confirming me.

are the 944 guys getting their own run group then? or are they jammed in with another group.

that's too bad, small bore would have been a better fit, but i guess the numbers dictated otherwise. any of the 944 cup guys going to run both races, that what eric rosen has done in his H1 wagon, run honda challenge and the small bore race

We plan on making this a spectator event though I know that the supps say differently. Some things had to be worked out with the insurance company first though.
Gates for the public open at 10:00am and it is five bucks to get in.
Race drivers get five crew in for free
HPDE drivers get five crew in for free
Everybody else except officials and VIPS pay five bucks from 10-4
EVERYBODY signs the waiver.
If the insurance co. thing doesn't work then anyone that shows up at the track is a "participant" and will get in after signing the waiver but without being 5 bucks poorer.

God help me if I can't manage to pass the comp school. I have more faith in my driving, and my ability to learn from your school, than that.

You can ask scott@honda-challenge.com about crew, spectators and such, but since he gets his info on such matters from chris@nasaracing.net... Why not cut out the middle man and pass the savings on to yourself.
