I sent an IM to "The Man" last night, but have not heard anything.
There will be some sort of regulation... if it means tying perpetrators to Yacks back bumper during the ECHC race.

Chris told me this is how it will work if we are allowed spectators this weekend at CMP. Each driver will have five crew spaces next to his name at the gate. If someone comes to the gate and says that are crewing for whomever, their name will be written in. Once those five slots are filled up, the next people have to pay. So, if you have a lot of people coming, be sure and tell them which ones have to pay and which ones should say that they are part of your crew. Of course, all of this information will depend on if it is a spectator event or not. No matter what, anyone can get in.
