ok when i got in my accident back in march my air bags deployed... i replaced the sterring one the next week. but i still havnt replaced the passenger one... i was trying to pull up the cover then looked underneath and noticed there r bolts holding it down. so i took them off, after i took out the heater core. the cover still barely budges.

can sumone please help me out??? i can't get it passed inspection with a blown bag...
