Default scrap metal in the road. woohoo! damaged rpf-1

thanks to some ******** and mass traffic i got the pleasure of running over a twisted and bent piece of 1"x1/8" aluminum strapping this morning!! oh joy

anyways it busted my foglight lense and got caught near my rear wheel and did the following damage once it got stuck under the car and in the rim

i ordered another rpf this morning to replace it...

ewww.... that sucks!

Would buying a new rim cost less than having that one repaired?

damn what are the chances of it getting caught and just knocking around inside that sucks man ... dont worry my friend just ran over some weird metal plate thing that popped both tires on one side instantly but no rim damage. I hate when random things are on the roads man god

If it makes you feel any better this is what me a few friends hit on the road when we were on a long road trip to South Carolina.

It is a processed log off of a logging truck. Pushed the block off its mounts and into the firewall.
