right rear door stuck
Sounds like someone tryed to get into your car without your knowledge.
The most direct route will (most likely) be to take the interior trim panel off to gain access to the lock release mechanism. This is going to require some finess since the door panel is often shadowed by surrounding trim when the door's closed.
If you've a Honda Service Manual or are familiar with the location of all the fasteners are, you MIGHT be able to get it off.
I'd suggest finding yourself an independant garage which specialize in Honda's, grit your teeth and let them do it.
