I'm the owner of a 92 teal vx. In my ongoing search for better fuel economy I have found that my car does not have the 49 state ecu (P07 A00). The one it has is the california version (P07 L00) which does not enable lean burn. Can anyone recommend a good place to find the P07 A00 ecu?

At the moment I'm getting about 35mpg and I'd like to sqeeze out a bit more.
