its called a rear bumper diffuser. check ebay im sure other sites have them.
u will need a parachute also if your car is really that fast.

lol ya i've been looking for the hoes too, especially the ones that don't rag on you for working on my "stupid honda"

Me personally if you have to get the holes in your bumper dont use the silver diffuser, cut 3 oval holes on the outsides of a center narrow oval hole. Well this prolly sounds ricer, but when done ***!!!!RIGHT!!!!*** it acutally doesnt look bad.

Right -- meaning measured evenly(frustrating), marked, tape over the bumper to prevent unintentional movement of your cutter, and burs cleaned up.

 

I can't believe they still market this crap. Reminds me of APC.
