Hey Honda-tech what's going on? So currently I'm trying to get my RSX back up and running. I am replacing my k20z1 with a K24a2 from the 05 tsx. Now I am running into a couple of minor details and was wondering if I could get some help. First, the water passage on the k24a2 head is different than the k20 head. Someone said about a block off plate, but I can't seem to find one. Randomly I found this today while searching but not where to get it and if this is the answer to my problem.



The k20 passage looks like this and has a separate water neck that is attached with just two bolts.



where the k24a2 I have looks like this and the passage is connected to the IM which I will not be using. I am using my stock k20 IM


So what do I do :dontknow:

Next! There is a sensor of some sort. Any body know what it is or does. It came on the k24a2 and I noticed that it is broken. But my k20 does not have this sensor that I see and so I was curious if I even needed it or not. Here are some pictures.
