Default Koni Yellow Rear Adjustment

Do you have to remove the shock to adjust it or it is like the front just turn the know to adjust. I thought that u have to remove the shocks in the rear for it to have it adjusted.

If there is no adjustment ****, you must fully collapse the shock's shaft until it bottoms. This will engage the adjuster mechanism and you can then twist the shaft to make your adjustment.
Personally, I went with KYB's to avoid just this &^%$

What are you trying to adjust on it? The stiffness? I had to lower mine a bit to get access to the shaft, you should be able to use that white adapter on the top to turn it for stiffness. Because of the angle it's impossible to change it while bolted up.

So just remove the top bolts and swing it down a little bit and you should be good.

This is what I am trying to avoid, it would be a pain to adjust it. It would be nice if its the same in the front.

I am looking for a shock that can handle more than 1.5 - 2in drop.

My illuminas can't handle it. It bottoms out after I cut my bump stop in half.

It's not horrible, you're not going to be adjusting it on a daily or weekly basis. I'd go to the medium setting and see how you like it.

How many settings does the rears have? and you think that the medium setting is good enough for DD or should I go stiffer or softer?

How important is the rears anyway, or is it the front that is important?

And can this shocks handle at least a 2-2.5" drop? I am not saying this is my drop right now, my car is around 1.75" from H&R sport but if I decide to go lower in the future will this shock handle it without bottoming out?

Thanks

Two rings on the strut body.

Three technically by twisting the shaft.

Rear's can help oversteer or understeer tremendously. Stiffer rear w/ higher spring rates = more oversteer.
