where can i buy just the rear mount polyurethane insert for a bseries?

I have one for the 94+ GSR rear mount brand new in black color.

 

im swapping the b18b into my 92vx. am i correct in assuming that i get the integra inserts? im pretty sure i use the integra mounts in the swap. and also, what is a good way of keeping the inserts from popping out? i read somewhere that some people use washers and a nut and bolt. thanks.

 

i've seen people hold the inserts in place with zip ties.

 

the kit comes w/zip ties, i hear they can pop out though.
