Speedometer does work, removed cluster, need to know where to solder

Speedometer doesn't work, removed cluster, need to know where to solder

On my 1995 accord the speedometer just stays at 18mph as soon as you turn the key on. I did a few searches and found that the soldering goes back on the back of the speedometer. So i removed the cluster and took it apart, i have the back of the speedometer where its all soldered together and im wondering...Where do i fix and solder? Pictures would be great. Thanks is advance.
