what would it take for a 1.6l to = 2.0l

Default what would it take for a 1.6l to = 2.0l

some guy in town said he sent his motor off to who knows and he now has a 2.0. from what i under stand it is not sleeved. the only way i know possible is to bore it to 84mm sleeve it and stroke the motor to get a 2.0 out of a b16. am i right?

b16 with stroker crank and 84mm bore can be done to 2.0liter like lisa kubos motors.

i wish i had known about golden eagle doing the deck plates before i got mine sleeved.
Is the purpose of the deck plate to raise the cc of the engine? Would this throw off the alignment of the cam gears and the timing belt?
