Need help asap!!!

Ok so the dash, clock, and turnsignals dont work...(emergency flashers do tho)
i was told it was the main relay which i know is WRONG..
Then i was told that there was a guy wit the same problem and there is a fuse or relay under the dash does anybody happen to know where it is and what it looks like.... need this fixed like yesterday

I believe its the big black box looking thing under your dash on the fuse box. That's the only relay I've seen, inside the car that is.

15 is good but 14 was popped and it had a 10 in it put another one in and it popped and put a 30 in and it popped any idea what that fuse is for!!
moonroof open/close relays, windshield washer motor, rear window washer motor, integrated control unit, windshield wiper motor, rear window wiper motor, power window relay.
should be a 20.
