Default fuel problem... i think? help please!

96 civic d16y7 (stock)

For the past few days my car has been making some strange vibrating noise underneath the driver side floorboard... Only seems to do it when i have my ACC lights on and my fuel pump is priming. When this happens, i am not able to start it up, So i would have to prime it again and it fires right up perfectly fine... Has anyone had this kind of problem before? any thoughts would help.

Thanks

You're running way too much NOS. You'll blow the welds off of your intake manifold, and your floorboard will fall off at 140 mph.

weird, maybe something in your fuelpump/fuellines/fuelfilter is super clogged and its pulsing through or something causing it to vibrate? if your car vibrating? or is your motor vibrating yuor car, does your rpm drop down really low when its vibrating?
