97 civic hatch harness on a 94 integra gsr with p72 and obd conversion harness. so idk what makes it go in this mode but it doesnt rev past 3k. my friend told me the conv harness was for a dseries but idk if that is even possible i didnt think it mattered? but anyways my civic only has a speedo but when i rev it up it moves like it was a tach, and it sits at 20mph at idle. another guy told me that if i plug in his p28 it might not be in "limp" i gues im going to read the cels tomorrow. but any ideas how i can fix this?
