help 94 ls not starting

my 94 ls is not starting, and i just got a distributor thinking it was that and is not, the car has a good starter, alternator, so i don't know what it is, can someone help pls

what are some of the symptoms? Does the engine turn over? Can you smell fuel?

yeah the engine turns over and after a while of trying to start it i smell fuel

when you go to start it is it hot outside? because it could be your fuel relay i went through the same ****. When its hot it won't start, but whens it cool then it starts great.
