Default 1987 honda accord lxi problem

i have a 1987 honda accord lxi and im having a problem with it. when i shut it off sometimes the radiator fan will keep running. it will only shut off if i disconnect the battery or start it up again and rev the engine a few times. anyone have any ideas?

in the bottom of the radiator is a thermo-switch ,that control the on/off of the fan motor.works independent from the driver's keys. if the engine is hot the switch turn on the fan,even if no-one is in thecar and the key is not in the switch.the car is OK, leave it along.
