Default Broken spark plug wire cover bolt

Ok, i bought this 99 Honda base. Its sooper clean. Only thing, it has a broken spark plug cover bolt (one of the 4 bolts). The screw is stuck in there. I know about taking it to a machine shop. But has anyone else delt with this situation? My main concern is how much can I expect to spend AND can I expect once the screw has been extracted will the threads be stripped and maybe I should just look for another valve cover all together? I wanna paint mine and make it look badass but that one missing bolt I feel will make it look retarded. Thanks!

Why not get a JDM Type S red wrinkle painted one? These guys have them in stock and it's $165 shipped.

Yea that'd be ideal and convenient but im not afraid to get my hands dirty to save $100 ya know? I just need to know if ill be saving at least that much. But thanks for the link tho, ill definetly use it if my other options dont pan out. So, can any of you other Prelude geniuses help me out with my questions?

You could always drill the screw out, then get a replacement screw, then send the valve cover off to get it powder coated for $40, and then live happily ever after.
