ok so i found a guy selling a real DC5 R. he says he has the title and deregistration papers? whatever thsoe are. now i live in alabama so i need to know how i would make this car legal to drive here. the car is already in the us and i will drive to pick it up. now please dont post here with Opinions of what i might have to do. i want someone who knows exactly what id have to do if anyone is out there. thanks guys!

best solution, get the VIN and talk to your local DMV. My buddy has a right hand drive honda and he had to register it as a mail carrier to be able to make it legal. So I would talk to them personally. Good luck and bad ***!

Do not know if it's legal or not. But my friend imported a JDM DC2 and purchased a salvaged GS-R and used the vin number for the JDM R and got it registered like that. Don't know what he's gonna went it's time to smog check it.

 

yeah the guy said its california registered. and i dont have to worry about smog here in bama ill register it as a tricycle, i dont give a f*ck, as long as i can drive it
