the civic i bought came with a short shifter and it has a shift **** on it, the one where when you push the middle top button it lights up. well im trying to remove it and i cannot. if anyone can help me id be very happy. give me suggestions


i tried using a wrench but all it does is scratch it. should i buy a new short shifter?
