Trying to Compare Black JDM FRont with Chrome Housing Headlights and black housing headlights cuz I'm deciding on which to go.

Well I got my jdm front done and the picts are at the bottom.

Just trying to see if black housing head lights will match a black color or the lighter chrome head lights will match better thats all.

 

go with black, looks cleaner mines black.

Damn thanks for the picture. That doesn't look that bad IMO. I'm getting chrome headlights but I was thinking about painting then black so we'll see how that goes.

haha, finally got my jdm front installed. I have the chrome headlights and I will be painting my car black so we'll see how it looks like afterwards. I'll post pict when I'm done, approx 3 weeks. Should I keep my itr wing on or off? Any Suggestions?

black housing=played out like champ white jdm front tegs with red recaros. doent mean it doesnt look good its just overly done

do you like the itr wing? if so keep it, if not ditch it

The chrome housing doesnt look like a cheap knock off, your just used to seeing the black housing. On my ride Id go with chrome cause it would look better with white accents like the wheels. And matches the chrome emblems better.

They look like accords regardless. Someone said they brought pics of a JDM teg to their work of non jdm enthusiast. They told him the USDM lights looked better cause "why would you want it to look like an accord anyway." And those were blackhousing lights, not even chrome.

I just see black housing too much. Im not a huge fan of that silver teg with chrome housing. But the purple one looks sick.

Im assuming you have a dc2 or 4 but not an itr. Id say leave the ITR wing on. I love those wings. I love wings on the teg period. I agree though the LS (for lack of better name known to me) spoiler looks gross on a JDM teg, but I love it on a stock ls. But the ITR wing looks hot no matter what.

 

You can't make anything out with chrome headlights (inside the headlights).

 

if you have to ask honda tech for advice paint them black, black housing look better
black=itr=more blinggin
chrome=jane teg=not so much blingginess

 

Black housings are wayy over done. Chrome housings looks better IMO. Sir-G
