Hey everyone, I wanted to make sure this gap is normal? keep in mind its an auto teg ls if that makes a difference. I pushed as hard as possible. Thanks for any help!

 

You said the drivers side axle right? Does the intermediate shaft bolt up correctly? Either way that doesn't look right to me.

 

doesnt look correct. ive only owned manual hondas but that gap def looks like it needs to be closed, try taking it out and putting it back in maybe the grooves arent lining up right and preventing it from going in all the way

 

thats an aftermarket parts house axle. i just went through the same thing - i went to napa, advance, orileys and all of them did that. its not going to go in any further

 

that loos normal to me, thats the female axle correct?

 

Yeah I think that is fine. As long as the female sleeve on the end of the inner joint cup is all the way up against the side of the half shaft bearing, it should be good.
