Default ls vtec vs gsr? which one is better all motor.

Hi guys just recently found gold flakes in my oil pan of JDM b18c spec r oil so you no what time that is, but trying to pick a block to go with. I going to build a new block for my all ready built head but dont know what block to go with. Every one crazy over ls vtec saying it make more power but heard they dont last long. I figure a built gsr could beat a built ls vtec someone tell me cause i save my block instead of doing ls block. thank you

go with gsr buddy, ive done both and lsvtec was a little faster but with the gsr u will never have to worrie about it. truthfully not real noticable differance, but if u want to wind that thing out gsr is way smother,

Just go FI and call it a day. If you are going to go N/A and have the money why not get a K series. They respond to bolt ons better than any Honda motor ever.
