http://www.autozone.com has a free online repair guide for your Honda with photos.
Also, the free online Honda Concerto and CRX manuals linked at http://ww1.honda.co.uk/car/owner/workshop.html are helpful. See the drawings. Remember they likely will not reproduced exactly your Honda's setup, but they should offer enough clues to finish this job.
I just pulled and replaced the steering column on my 93 Civic a few weeks ago. Can you narrow down where you are having a problem? I recall 6 to 8 bolts and nuts total that end up attaching brackets to the column. As long as you know a good order for putting those in and also attaching the steering column at the firewall, it should go back in pretty easily.

there should just be the 4 bolts holding it up unless you unbolted the strap for the tilt wheel, in which case it is more of a butthole. Hope you marked the knuckle at the bottom or your steering wheel will be off like hell I recommend hooking the knuckle at the bottom up first of all and bolting it loosely before putting the column back up as it is very hard to get the splines lined up with the column in all the way. Slow down and look at everything that touches the column and see how it goes together, you'll get it. Also make sure no wires go over the column, or they will keep it from bolting flush up again.
