Default fuel pump

What's everyone running for fuel pump? I have a mini me and at around 4 k it seems like its not getting enough fuel. I still have the dx fuel pump in it. Does that mean I need to upgrade it and if so not sure which one to get or what band is good. Any suggestion or tips would be awesome

You shouldnt have to replace the fuel pump. I cant see a stock motor with mini me swap needing more fuel. I have a turbo hatch and I use a Walbro 255. I know thats what most guys run in there built civics. But I can imagine that being necessary, maybe something else is wrong

What makes you think it isn't getting enough fuel?

it may be that you need a fpr from either a z6 or y8. i know in some of the mini-me swap writeups it says that you'll need one and without it you may not be getting enough fuel. what exactly is it doing that makes you think its not getting enough fuel?

I really doubt it's your pump, you need a fuel pressure gauge... if the pump is going out you'll see loss of pressure under full throttle when it is under the most demand. I have a guy that's running around 150WHP on a stock fuel pump that I turbo'd his D16 for him. A Mini-Me is probably less than 100WHP.

TBH... 150whp is pretty low on a boosted d16. chances are a mini-me in a good state of tune would walk it.

U need a wideband to tell if its some thing related with fuel. else guesses will not help.

Buy or borrow, it will also help u in tunning ur Motor when ever u raise boost too..
