Hey, if you're never going to do it again, then everytime you wash your car, just take an old towel, and after you dry the door sills, hatch area, and wheels, use the rag to wipe down the engine bay. It takes a couple mins. and then you don't have to spend 4 hours!

This of course assumes that you wash your car...
