Default Fuel Pump....plzzz help!

I'd tried to start my 95 civic ex but not getting fuel. I'd read in the book that you are supposed to hear some kind of a swirling noise, and i did not hear it.
Does that mean the fuel pump is deffective?? all fuse and relays seems to be in the green.

Any help will be good and appreciated.

make sure its quiet, turn the key two clicks, and then it should come on, if its dead silent, then your fuel pump is not priming sir.

its not really a swirling noise. when u turn the key to accessory u will hear a click from your main realy and you will instantly hear a humming noise coming from underneath the lower half of your rear seat . but like the person above said u have to be dead silent . if its not priming make sure your check your main relay its down by the kickpanel down by your hood release . hope i helped

MY FUEL PUMP IS WORKING FINE BECAUSE I USED THE TESTER TO TEST IT.
AND MY RELAY SEEMS FINE.

the real problem is that when i try to start my car, it cranks but the engine wont start, yet it keeps cranking after the ignition is turned off,...wierd huh!
could it be my cut off relays???? cuz im about to blow this car into kingdom kum,
any1 who knows the answer to my problem will probably be worshiped 4ever.

its def. a electrical problem i would search the tech section and see if u can find out if theres a sensor or relay that controls the cranking or try changing your ignition those are just guess's but like i previously said repost in the tech section alot of very smart people lurk in there or trace the wires from your ignition and see if they lead to some sort of relay or sensor yet again another guess

did some searching for u and found one car with the same problems these were the replys people gave

First thing is try unpluging the smaller 'signal' wire to the solenoid, if it still happens, smack the crap out of the starter, if it still spins the starter; I'd suspect a bad starter

sounds like the starter silinoid is stuck.

hope anything ive suggested helps man
