Default first honda 700.00 89 hatch with z6 swap

First off I would like to say I am new to Hondas. I just bought a 89 civic DX hatch with a full d16z6 swap for $700.00. It runs fine and pulls pretty hard. Sometimes at idle the rpms will flucuate. and also at idle it will tick pretty loud from valve cover, but right off of idle it will stop. I was looking around couple of days ago and I saw, It has a P07 ecu out of a 92-95 VX, so last night I bought a p28 off of ebay. Also it is only running a 1 wire 02 sensor. I have been reading up and I should have a 4 wire 02 sensor. Car has ebay intake, 2 1/4 exhaust, A.E.M. tru-time cam gear, and thats about it.

Do you need help, or expressing a statement about your hatch.

I do need help! I want to figure out how to swap from 1 wire to 4 wire 02 sensor. Also wondering if anyone has had this noise come from their engine. It only happens sometimes, so I don't think it is too major.
