Default Replacing Coolant System Question

So my temp gauge bounces around a bit and it has been for quite some time. I already replaced the thermostat and radiator and hoses and water pump. Finally going to replace everything else I can think of, which include...

- temp sending unit
- coolant temp sensor
- thermal fan switch(relay, I think they are the same thing)

Wondering if this looks right or am I missing something? Any ideas on what else I should replace? This problem is really starting to aggravate me.

Thanks

I would just replace the temp sensor, or check the wires.
