Yes. Buy an amp the has high-level (aka speaker-level) inputs.
Instead of connecting RCA's to the amp, you connect your speaker wires to it.
(many amps have both types of inputs)

just go to an audio shop and tell them your problem, i think we used to call them rf modulators, but i can't remember. Scosche makes them, rockford fosgate, most of your "wiring" companies do, there like 15-20 bux depending on where you go, i even think walmart has them, its just a little box, two rca plugs on one end and usually 5-6 wires on the other end, 4 are to piggyback onto speaker wires and the other two, usually brown, are shields/grounds.

x4and3r1991 Yes you can, as mentioned you need an amp with speaker level inputs or you can get a LOC, it will convert your "high level" speaker outputs to a "low level" RCA output.
Most amps have speaker level inputs. 94

and, to complicate matters more, certain OEM radios have signals that roll off the bass response to protect the speakers. an example of this is the mazda 3 without the Bose system.

so, to add an amp to that type of situation, you would get something like an MTX re-q to restore the bass in the signal, and give you the pre amp outputs that you need. a typical line out converter won't work well for this type of application.
