Fuel & Idle issues...B18b1 into 97 Civic EX...

Hey everyone, just swapped an OBD2a B18b1 into my 97 Civic EX. We finally got it started, but now it idles very low and vibrates. If I give it any sort of throttle, it dies. The car has an OBD2a DX harness in it, but the IACV fix was performed, so it should be ok. I'm using an OBD2A to OBD1 jumper harness with an OBD1 P75 ECU. The only codes its throwing is #10(Intake Temp Sensor), and #41(Primary O2 Sensor Heater). The O2 sensor is threaded into the exhaust but not plugged into the harness due to it being an OBD1 sensor, im waiting on another one. I hooked up a Fuel pressure gauge to the filter, one that replaces the bolt and screws into the top. It read 60psi at the low idle. A friend told me thats way too high. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, i'm lost...
A friend of mine has been having a similar issue. His is not running perfect yet, but he is just going to the full obd2 conversion. What has been done temporarily, D series temp sensor in the short ram, and check the idle air controller! Under the bottom plate there is a plastic retainer that has a brass ball in the center, Tighten the retainer as they sometimes come loose. His will now idle once it heats up, the rpm's will still drop when stopped, but doesn't die. I have noticed... When the Air Intake Temp Sensor on the Intake manifold is hooked up, it will throw a code, but will not when the d series is used on the short ram.
