Hey fellas, let me start by saying i own a 94 Accord EX in which im looking to do a brake upgrade with the legend GS calipers. I also was looking into the rotor over hub conversion with the Acura CL i believe. My question is...is it possible to have both done? I would like the upgrade but also the convenience of changing my rotors out without having to take off the whole assembly. Thanks in advance guys.

oh, great!! I've had this question in my mind for a long time, but i can't assume that it would work, since i don't know if the rotor over hub will create a difference between where the OEM caliper is suppose to sit versus the GS ones using a T25 bracket.

 

I was always curious. I really want the convenience of the rotor over hub, but also the upgrade of the caliper. I eventually plan on boosting the stock f22, keep that in mind.

Yes you can, there's a FAQ I believe on AccordinglyDone where they do a 5 lug and RoH conversion with I believe the legend calipers.

OEM Acura 98-99 2.3 CL front hubs
OEM Honda front calipers from 94-95 Legend GS Sedan
OEM Honda 23T brackets
rotors for 98-99 Acura 3.0 CL or 93-96 Prelude VTEC
pads - any options
Optional 94-97 Accord front wheel bearings

 

Perfect, and this whole comination has been tested? Also, where do the 23T brackets come off of?

 

You can probably rock them from the 95-97 Accord V6, that's what I used in my NSX caliper upgrade if I recall.


*edit* 99% of that is just the RoH conversion, so that's been tested, the other bit bracket and caliper is just any of the upgraded caliper setups.
