Ok, I hope someone can help. The car is a 96 Accord (obd2a) and the engine is Obd1.

Would I use the 94 engine harness or the the 96 engine harness ? And besides the obd2>obd1 jumper harness for the ECU, what needs to be done as far as the TCM goes?

 

if your putting the motor in a 96 then you use the harness for the 96

same go's for any car

 

yea, that's what I was thinking for the engine, but what about for the auto transmission? On the 94 accord, right above the ECU is the TCM. On the 96, it's not there.

 

wait..... you want to convert it to an auto? if so good luck with it thats alot of wiring

and if its already auto just swap the motor and be done with it

Are the engines the same?

Or if you are converting an accord to a H22a OBd1 auto setup, then enjoy one of my automatic harnesses....
