Default AC Problem

Hi wondering if someone can help out.. whenever I turn on my ac and I am at a light my idle jumps back and forth like 1000rpm-1500rpm then back to 1000rpm (Keeps doing this) car drives fine etc with ac on but does that any ideas ?

its a 95 del sol vtec with 144k

it could be a few things but most common is POWER?
Get your alternator tested. It could be draining the power? Is your battery at the true Cold Cranking Amps as it should be? Hows your Plugs too?

my plugs and wires have been changed like 2 weeks ago could my battery cause this i tihnk its dying because i never started my car for 4 days and it died.. then i left it out of the garage for a night and it barely started..(sounded like it had no power to start)
