Occasionaly, really doesnt happen that much id say like twice a month... when im m pulling away from a stope after 1st geat when i put it into 2nd it grinds a lil at 1st but goes in. but im shifting correctly and the clutch pedal is to the floor... could this be a synchro. problem?

 

could be a syncro but i would try a fluid change with some mtf fluid and see if that corrects that issue.
