Problem with 03 Accord??
There seems to be this strange popping sound whenever I brake or slow down
. It only happens when I apply pressure to the brakes. When Im parked or driving it doesnt make the sound at all. Its like constant bubble gum popping sometimes loud, sometimes very low but it happens frequently. Anyone know whats wrong with the car? I just bought the car 2 months ago and its my first car so Im not very good with cars

I recommend changing out the pads to a different brand. there is an issue with the oem pads that cause it to stick and eventually warp rotors. do you ever feel shuddering when braking at hwy speeds? if not you will if they are the oem pads. change em out. I bought some local auto parts store ceramic blend pads and they made a world of a difference on my 03 coupe.
Yeahs I got new OEM calipers and brake pads a month ago.. for the front. I guess I will go another route for the rear brakes since they need to be changed soon. Do you think that is causing the sound? cause its like a popping sound constantly whenever i brake
