Default Is There A Serious Weight Reduction Thread?

I searched for almost an hour, and everyone claims its pointless or mentions the same stuff over and over for example tar, backseats, spare, spare tools,ac/ps
but I've yet to find a thread that is actually informative or in a serious manner.
Is there even a thread like this? Because searching for an hour and hearing the same stuff or bashing is actually some what annoying..

for everyone looking for weight reduction recommendations, take all the **** out of the inside of your car, air bags/seats/sound deadener/plastics
next remove bumper reinforcements and fender plastics, heat shields like the guy above.
then if you want to start spending money on it, get the lexan windows and carbon fiber parts.
everythings is expensive definitely depends on where you're trying to take your car
(IMO don't do windows or carbonfiber parts especially body if you are DD the car because the cost of a fender bender will be huge).

Best weight reduction is a diet. I lost 30 lbs. in 3 months and didn't have to take a damn thing out of my car.
