Default Cel light on when RPM over 3000

I owned a 93 year honda civic with d15z1 engine. Recently i found that the cel light comes out once my car RPM over 3000, and the code for the CEL is 48, which is LAF - lean air fuel sensor. Does this mean i need to replace my o2 sensor??

you will probably need to replace the 5-wire o2 sensor. how many miles are on the car and when was the last time the sensor was replaced?

not 100% on that you have to change it. when your off trial, go on the marketplace here though and look for someone willing to sell a 5-wire o2 sensor and send it australia for you. also look on Denso's website for it they were the OE manufacturer in the 90's.
