Default broken exhaust studs

i paid to get my turbo and everything installed and guess what?

first before crank it we found a crack on the manifold 3rd runner so the shop re-weld it then when they try to install the bolt back they damage the tread on the head so i just installed a nut (red) to get it tight n avoid air leak..
but now i was going to check the oil level and whaattt! i dont have the two nuts (blue) they came off breaking half piece of the lil studs (i dont know when or where) i've never hit anything w/ the down pipe.

now my question is:
is it fixable??

thanks

drill out the left over studs and either put a new stud with a new lock nut on there or heli-coil it if the threads are damaged.
