hello everyone, uhhh idk how to explain my problem really, but ill try LOL. okay, i remember when i frist bought my car (like 2-3 weeks ago) it use to pull really hard and i use to be able to gas it really fast with no problems. Well recently its been acting up. when i try to gas it sometimes like i use to it doesnt really go anywhere, feels like the engine is dieing or somthing, i mean the rpms still go up but just not as fast when i got it, do i do somthing wrong, or idk? LOL i really dont know to much about cars -__- this is my frist one so yeahh.. i dont want anything to happen to my baby..

ohhh and also like if iv been driving for a while and i stop and park and come back like 5 min later my car doesnt start. like itll start but then the rpms slowing drops and the engine just turns off. makes me sad but normally when that happens i just give it a little gas and it works fine. i bet thats not good for my baby lOL

there is also this really annoying sound that use to go off every once in a while, like when im driving or somthing, like a beeping sound. seems like the check engine light but i dont see any lights turn on. the sound does go away after a while though but yahh... kind of annoying.

and whats with the NO CUP HOLDERS or arm rest, can i buy one for my car that will fit? LOL not a big deal, but i just thought it was werid that it didnt have one LOL

sounds like a clutch might be going out..a beeping sound that couple possibly be a seat belt issue not to many thing would make a beeping noise, at least oem

 

Yeah its the seat belt thing, you get used to it haha. I think i remember hearing the DC cup holder and arm rest fit, but im to sure. correct me if im wrong someone.

 

as far as it not starting that sounds like the main relay I had to change mine when I first got my teg. its located on the driver side under the steering wheel and theres a panel with about 3 screws and I metal panel under that held in with bolts I believe it was I boxed shaped brown relay that you can get at an acura dealer I tried other places like nappa and advance and they gave all the wrong relays and didn't really know what I needed. good luck!

 

yeah, that seat belt thing got me the first time it happened. didnt notice til after about 5 mins.

No the Dc arm rest will not fit the da. If he wants a arm rest he will have to find the factory one or there was talks on g2ic about the ek or 90 accords fitting but I dont know if anyone came to a conclusion on it. Taurus cupholds can be made to fit theres a write up on g2ic.

Mine started to do the same thing occasionally, I will searching for the answer, I will let you know what I find. I remember seeing something about a problem in the ignition wires a while back.

 

ok cool, yeah i kind of want to put cup holders in my car. it would be a little more convenient
