alright i just swaped a 96 b18c spec r swap in my 2000 civic coupe n i have an obd2 ecu from the original single cam d16y8 that was in my car.. i knoe your supposed to use the jdm type r obd-2 ecu (p73) but i cant find one is there another ecu i can use like a gsr or just chip my p28? and 91 octaine is the only gas i should be using right?? considering the 11 to 1 compression ratio
ohh and the car back fires alot is it because the ecu and the 89 octain or the engine itself?
