fuel pressure question

Default fuel pressure question

i swapped in a B16b into my hatch and want to know if i need to increase my fuel pressure. i already have a walbro 255lph fuel pump and have considered buying an AEM fuel rail and fpr...if i don't then great, money saved

pretty sure you want 37-41 psi with the vacuum line detached. do you have a gauge?
unless you are going boosted, stock fuel pump, fuel rail and regulator should do the trick

I just put a B18b in my EF and wanna know the same question. Should I upgrade my fuel pump?

Not necessary to upgrade fuel pump for a stock B-series. The stock pump will output enough fuel and the stock fpr will do what is necessary for the engine to receive the correct amount of fuel. If it concerns you install a fuel pump from a car with the same engine.

people were telling me that i needed to upgrade my fuel, which i didn't see a reason for...so unless i start modding the engine my fuel system is fine...thanks for the info
