Default i really need help with this, my turn signal fuse keeps blowing... not sure why

ok i dont have blinkers in the front of my DA9, there just loose wires, and the right signal is loose wires, i wire the ground wire of that to my ground on the battery and the right head light and fog light work like their supposed to.. if i undo it, it powers the fog light and head light but it is EXTREMELY DIM... so i keep that connected to my ground, anyway. i was wondering why my blinker fuse keeps blowing... it'll work just fine for like a day and then it just randomly blows. and also the hazard one blows when the blinker one does. why would my car blow turn signal fuse's????
