hey all i orderd a hid's 6000k helligkeit kit for my uk itr and its starting to bug me i have fitted them five times now still not working right tryed a new ballast new blub, one light is light blue and the other light is nearly white totaly different could it be my battery etc its realy buging me anyone?

one more thing i fitted a new front wiper arm its been three weeks now and the wipers are makeing a terrible noise now, the wiper blades seem ok what could it be ?
