Default car bogging

hey guys i was wondering if i could get some feedback on a problem im having. the set-up is a b20b in an 89 honda civic dx. Every time i give it gas while driving it will bog-out. could this have anything to do with the fact that the injectors are obd2 and i am using a resistor box. any help will be greatly appreciated

this might sound weird but try taking off your gas cap. your car might be starving for fuel and your cas cap is to tight to let air in the tank?

maybe your fuel filter to or your getting shitty fuel pressure. Do you ever get a back fire?

if it was filter or pressure I think he would notice more in the top end... What about timing?

Last time i checked the timing was good, i was looking online and i ran into some people that were having the same problem and it turned out to be the ignitor. I think im going to check that because the dizzy is pretty old its of an obd0 b16. What about the injector, could the fact that they are obd2 and i am still using the resistor box have something to do with this
